🗑️ Delete your account
Option 1 — inside the app (instant)
- Open the game and sign in.
- Tap your profile card → the ⚙️ settings icon.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then confirm.
Deletion is immediate: your account, sign-in link, display name, avatar, coins, trophies and game statistics are permanently removed and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.
Option 2 — by email (if you no longer have the app)
Email support@business-multiplayer-game.com with the subject “Delete my account” from the Google account you used to sign in. We verify ownership by the sending address and complete the deletion within 30 days, with a confirmation reply.
What is deleted
- Your account record and sign-in association (Google / Play Games)
- Profile: display name, avatar, language preference
- Virtual coins, trophies, levels and all game statistics
What may be retained
- Finished-game room records are ephemeral and are automatically deleted shortly after each game ends — normally nothing remains by the time you delete your account.
- Aggregated, non-identifying statistics (e.g. total games played across all players) contain nothing linked to you.
- Ad-serving data held by Google AdMob is governed by Google's Privacy Policy; it is not linked to your game account.
