This policy explains what the Business Game Online app ("the App", "we") collects, why, and your choices. Questions: support@business-multiplayer-game.com.
Information we collect
- Account & profile — when you sign in with Google (or Google Play Games), we receive your basic profile: name/alias and email address, used to create your player account and save your progress.
- Gameplay data — your in-game activity and stats (games played, wins, coins, trophies, chosen token/theme) so your progress persists across sessions.
- Advertising identifier — when ads are shown, our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may access your device's advertising ID to serve and measure ads.
- Diagnostics & usage — crash reports and basic app-usage data (such as which screens are used) to keep the App stable and improve it.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, files, health data, or any financial account details. The App has no in-app purchases.
How we use it
- To run the game — matchmaking, multiplayer rooms, saving your account and progress.
- To show ads (the App is free and ad-supported).
- To keep the service secure, diagnose crashes, and improve the App.
Sign-in, advertising, and analytics are provided by Google services and are governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.
What other players see
Only your public profile — player name/alias, token, and in-game standing. Your email is never shown to other players.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your account data while your account exists. Delete it any time — instantly in the App (Profile → ⚙️ → Delete account) or per the steps at business-multiplayer-game.com/delete-account. Game rooms are temporary and are cleared automatically shortly after each game ends.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on secure, industry-standard cloud infrastructure.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 and is intended for players aged 13 and above.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
